Print Books

All print books are produced on demand through Lulu. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.

Because Lulu fulfills and drop-ships print orders directly to customers, your package may arrive separately from other items in your order.

Ebooks & Audiobooks

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally through BookFunnel.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing your digital book. If you have trouble downloading or opening your ebook or audiobook, please follow the support instructions included in your BookFunnel delivery email.

Returns

If you need to return an eligible print item, please contact us first for return instructions.

Do not send returns to Lulu. Lulu handles production and shipping, but returns are sent directly back to Crows Nest Cowgirls.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return when contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging, when applicable

We’ll review the issue and help determine the best next step.

Digital Purchases

Because ebooks and audiobooks are digital products delivered immediately through BookFunnel, digital purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
